We were favorably impressed with the delivery service. They called us in advance to let us know on what day they would come, and gave us a 4 hours window upon request. When they did not arrive during that time, I called, and they told me the driver had been held up, but was in the area and would arrive shortly. He arrived within 30 minutes, and was polite and courteous. As it was curbside service, I did not expect the driver to haul the heavy carton up our very steep driveway to the side patio , which was the first flat place available to set it. He willingly did so, with the help of my husband, and thanked my husband for the slight assistance he rendered.

He treated the cargo respectfully, and I could tell easily that it looked exactly as it had in the photo you sent of the wrapped carton. This enabled me to confidently accept delivery without feeling a need to open the box and look inside. I do not hesitate to recommend that you use this delivery service in the future.
