We have had a great experience with our order from you
Starting with your website we had a pretty good idea of the 2 items we wanted to purchase. We wanted to be sure that pieces fitted in our condo and left a message for us to be called.
We received a call promptly and our concerns were quickly addressed.
We went ahead with the order and in about 11 days a delivery was set up from Illinois to Wisconsin . We had a 2 hr time window. 2 young men came within the first 40 minutes.
As pieces were special for us we had a white glove delivery and within about 20 mts both pieces were placed in the living room area where we wanted them to be. All the packing and trash was all collected and taken with them in the van
Our experience of the ordering and delivery of furniture pieces to our condo was exceptional.

Good morning Mitchell,

I want to let you know that we are very pleased with the furniture and the shipping agent. The furniture is even more beautiful than it appears on the website and is perfect for our room.
The shipping agent opened the crate on the truck to limit debris in the house. I asked them to unwrap inside the house to be sure the furniture did not get scratched on the door frame. They unwrapped all the packing and removed it from the house, and placed the furniture where I asked. The employees were very polite and professional.
We will certainly recommend your company to anyone who inquires about the furniture.

Lili, I want to tell you that the two guys you sent over are amazing. That is the best service I've ever experienced. They are so nice and professional. I bought the black console - it's beautiful. It seems sturdy though I don't think you would want to put anything too heavy in the drawers. They are so pretty with the antique brass hardware - it's probably more of a show piece. Service was outstanding. I got a call when I ordered to set the delivery date, delivery date was close to my order date and they confirmed. Very professional to work with.

I am using this stool as a small table for my daybed which sits low to the ground. I have several other Asian pieces in the room so this is just excellent. It was very well packaged, and arrived in top notch condition. The joinery is well done, the wood is lovely and the finish is very nice. No complaints here. I love it. I absolutely love the desk and chair I purchased from China Furniture Online. I am using it as a makeup vanity--it has all the space I need and is beautiful. Even my hair dryer fits in the curved space in the desk.

The first shipment arrived damaged, so I can vouch for the excellent service. I followed instructions, reported as damaged, sent a picture, and received another shipment in perfect condition. Many thanks for the excellent customer service. I love the product. It feels luxurious using it.

We have purchased 2 small cabinets and a mirror from China Furniture and Arts. The customer service has been excellent. They were good to communicate delivery times and work with me for when I was going to be available for delivery because I travel regularly. We are very pleased with the quality of the products. They are very expensive, but that's what you pay for something nice. We have purchased one small cabinet and mirror in our small entry way. We have the other small cabinet in our bedroom. I think I might have to purchase something slightly larger for our bedroom. I was thinking the bedroom cabinet would be a bit bigger. But for now, its works great to hold our TV and some supplies inside. Very pleased with this company and the service.
