We could not believe the quality of the piece, it is not just gorgeous, it is also well designed, and extremely well made. The quality cannot be beat. China Furniture had promptly followed up my online question re shipping outside of the United States with a telephone call. The staff member was very professional and helpful. A detailed breakdown of all charges (shipping and taxes) was then provided for my approval before I completed the purchase. China Furniture sent email updates re the package in transit. The furniture piece arrived before the final arrival date limit, well-packed and without any damage to the packaging or contents. It is exactly as it was presented on the company's web site. [...] I seldom write reviews, however; I ordered a rosewood dresser and two nightstands, not cheap, but simple, not ornate, what I'd been watching for. From order to receipt took 30 days, during which I wondered if this might be a scam, and even discussed this with my Visa carrier, Chase. There are such out there. However, it did come. I make no claims to a keen sense of fashion or design, but I guess I have good taste. The 3 pieces are absolutely gorgeous, almost painfully so. Regrettably, they make everything else in my bedroom look tawdry, even the Brazilian cherry hardwood floors. I've been dragging neighbors upstairs just to see them. I own apartments, have built many kitchen cabinets, and so can say that the craftsmanship is exquisite, all that I could hope for. The 6-drawer dresser, 54'' high X 40" wide, must weigh nearly 300 pounds. Even the inside of the drawers are polished. I'm afraid to put anything in them, besides socks. Last, they came packed extremely well, lots of styrofoam sheets, cardboard, inside a plywood crate, on a pallet. I feel lucky I found this place. They look like the pics on the website, but so much better.

I love both of the pieces I purchased! There were some logistical issues with the delivery date but in the end everyone did their best and it worked out great. I would recommend China Furniture and Arts to anyone looking for unique pieces that look way more expensive than they cost.

We could not be more delighted with our magnificent Ming coffee table purchased from China Furniture and Arts. We ordered our Rosewood 43" Square Ming Style Coffee Table in September of 2016. Our Sales Consultant, Karen Su, informed us our table would be lovingly made, and hand applied with a Black Ebony finish, in China and we could expect it to arrive in the Chicago area for delivery in approximately four months. During this time, Karen Su assured us all was well... and, in fact, we were alerted that our table had arrived in the area in January, as promised. It arrived in our home with white glove delivery and the delivery men were happy to place a glass top (which we had prepared) on the table... The table is absolutely beautiful... exactly as shown on the website... If we were reluctant to put a glass top on it, we should not have been... it is nearly undetectable and will allow us to easily use the table, all the while protecting it's gorgeous finish. For quality furniture... and quality service... we highly recommend China Furniture and Arts!

We've had a number of order with ChinaFurnitureOnline in the past and it's always been the case that packaging, transportation, and the local deliveries went well.
