Completely hand made of solid elmwood by artisans in China with traditional joinery techniques for long lasting durability, this handsome three drawer chest is ideally used as a nightstand or next to a sofa or arm chair. Drawer pulls are carved with flower and birds motifs on each dovetailed drawer. Hand applied rich dark cherry finish.
Care
Proper care can guarantee that the finish will last a long time. The lacquer used for oriental wood furniture and decor is a durable finish that is generally low maintenance. Regular dusting with a slightly damp microfiber cloth will help keep it clean. Make sure the cloth is clean before using, as foreign particles may cause scratching on the surface. It is also recommended to use the microfiber cloth to avoid scratching of the surface and to buff out smears and smudges. If using a damp cloth, always make sure to remove any excess water left behind, as this can damage the finish.
During dry seasons (typically winter), you may use wood oil on the undersides of furniture to help protect the wood.
Avoid placement in direct exposure to the sun for prolonged periods of time. Sunlight can cause damage and fading over time.

Each order is carefully inspected and packaged before it leaves our warehouse to avoid damage during transit. Every shipment is fully insured at no extra cost to you.
