Cloisonne is a traditional technique for decorating metalwork objects that has been practiced in China for centuries. This beautiful cloisonne burner has been adorned with intricate floral design, created by using the Cloisonne technique of bending the golden wire, which spreads across the vase's body. Care
If possible, always keep bronze and similar metal materials in ventilated areas away from excessive heat or humidity. For regular cleaning, use a damp microfiber cloth making sure to remove any excess water or moisture left behind. For crevices and areas that are tough to get to, use a soft bristled brush.
It is natural for a greenish patina to develop on bronze over time. This is a result of a natural oxidation process as the bronze is exposed to the environment. Occasional application (1-2 times per year) of WD-40 can help prolong this process.
