Shipping Charge
Our Flat Rate Shipping & Handling is displayed on the product detail page. You don't have to calculate. Since outside of continental US shipping rates fluctuate, please contact us for the most recent update.

Shipping Methods
Each order is carefully inspected before it leaves our warehouse to minimize damage during transit. Every shipment is fully insured at no extra cost to you.

All small packages are shipping via. FedEx Ground Delivery; in most cases signature is required for the delivery. Express shipping is available for additional fees. Please contact us for expedite shipping rates to your area.

Large furniture and over sized packages will be handled by motor freight companies; each item is crated and transported on skid(s) and delivered to your curbside. Within 3 or 4 days after your order has been shipped, you will receive a call from the driver to make delivery arrangements.

Please contact us for a rate quote if special service is needed. (Inside Delivery, White Glove Service, Global Shipping, Express Shipping etc.)

Shipping Time
We usually ship in stock items within 2 business days after order/payment is confirmed. For regular shipping method, it usually takes 3 to 5 business days to deliver. Express shipping is available for additional fees. Shipping transit time can vary depending on location and shipping options.

Tracking
We will send you an email with the online tracking information when the order is shipped.

Damages
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item due to shipping, please keep all the packing materials & mark on bill of lading "damaged" before signing. We may not be able to process damaged claim without bill of lading marked "damaged". Call us at 888-786-6888 or email us service@chinafurnitureandarts.com to have the item picked up and schedule a replacement at no cost to you.

Returns
To return, simply contact us and obtain a RMA number. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed.
